In layman's terms, the pumping times of the emulsion pump head is the number of times the material is discharged by the pump head with the larger stroke of the pump head. If the pump head is depressed multiple times without discharging, or if it is depressed multiple times before discharging, such a pump head is not acceptable. If a product with this pump head is shipped from the factory, it will be returned.
When testing the number of blowouts, after tightening the pump head, loosen the pump head pressure head or remove the pump head clamp. so that the pump head can be pressed. When the pressure head of the pump head can no longer be pressed down (that is, the pump head has a large stroke), let go of the hand until the pressure head of the pump head springs up completely. This is a complete pumping process. Continue to press the pump repeatedly until the pump begins to discharge, and count the number of pump head compressions.
Usually water-based products are sprayed no more than 5 times. Other slightly thicker products do not exceed 10 times. Generally, the water test of the pump head is basically 2-3 times.

Pump displacement
According to the characteristics of the product used, select the pump head with the appropriate pump output. Such as shampoo, shower gel, etc. For a large amount of use at one time, a pump head with a large pumping capacity should be selected. For products such as water emulsion, a pump head with a slightly smaller pump output should be selected. The pump output of the pump head should be smooth. The deviation of the pump output is determined according to the needs of use and the characteristics of the pump head.
When testing the pump output of the lotion pump head, fill the bottle with the actual filling amount. After tightening the pump head, loosen the pump head head or remove the pump head clamp, etc. so that the pump head can be pressed. Press the pump head repeatedly with appropriate force until the pump head is pumping, then press repeatedly until the pump head discharges smoothly. Put the bottle with the pump head on the electronic scale, weigh and tare, then press the pump head to a larger stroke with an appropriate force, and then place it on the electronic scale to weigh, and the reduction is a one-time pump. output.
Repeatedly measure the output of three pumps, press the pump head 10 times continuously regardless of the weight, measure the output of three pumps continuously according to the previous method, press the pump head continuously 10 times regardless of the weight, measure the output of four pumps continuously according to the previous method, and calculate 10 The average of the pump outputs. The four pump heads are measured simultaneously according to the aforementioned method, and the average value of the pump outputs is taken as the actual pump output of the pump heads.
